Mike Plagman is our herdsman. Mike and his wife Kristi have two children, Eric and Emily. Mike is involved in the everyday operations and loves the cows and calves. Alex Antisdel cares for the feedlot and spends a lot of time driving the feed wagon and loading feed. It takes a lot of feed to satisfy all of the critters.

Spenser Brownlee and Vinnie Sanders share duties on both the crop and livestock enterprises. They can be found fixing breakdowns, thawing out waterers, fencing, taking syrup to cows, driving tractors and carts during harvest, running the semi’s, or anything we ask of them. Both are talented individuals.

If for some reason you are not satisfied or your bull gets injured, we will make it right with you either by offering credit in next year’s sale or a replacement. We believe in people helping people. At SLL, we also offer free delivery and housing of your purchases until you need them. We offer discounts for those volume buyers who purchase 3 or more head and for those wishing to take their bulls or heifers with them on sale day.
